Crafted in ebonized cherry wood, this mirror’s black frame provides an intriguing contrast to its carved flower design. The emphasis of thorns alongside the roses keeps the piece from becoming purely decorative or “flower-y”, but rather a more thorough exploration of the symbolism inherent in the motif.
